Description
An ornate shield bound with binding sigils that allow it to defend its master without occupying their hands. As a bonus action, you can speak the command word and cause the shield to animate, springing into the air to hover beside you and grant its AC bonus for one minute. While animated, the shield acts on its own and lets you wield two weapons or two-handed weapons unimpeded. Once activated, it cannot be used again until the next dawn. Spellcasters and dual-wielders treasure the shield for closing the defensive gap of their hands-busy fighting styles.
