Description
A suit of plate forged from a single, seamless ingot of starless metal that absorbs the lantern light around it. While worn, it grants resistance to nonmagical damage, and once per day the wearer may invoke true invulnerability for ten minutes, becoming wholly immune to nonmagical weapons and physical force. Arrows shatter against it. Boulders glance away. Sieges have failed because one figure in this armor stood unmoving in the breach. It is heavy, but never tires the worthy. The seams glow faintly when invulnerability is invoked, like banked coals.
