Description
A heavy stone or metal basin about two feet across, etched with wave glyphs. Filling the bowl with at least a gallon of water and casting summoning incantations over it for one minute calls forth a water elemental as if by Conjure Elemental. The summoner controls it for one hour, after which it vanishes or turns hostile if commands lapse. The bowl can be used once per day. It is favored by naval mages, drought-stricken communities seeking floodwaters, or expedition leaders who must clear flooded passages or suppress fires aboard wooden ships.
