Description
A simple metal band, often etched with sun motifs. As an action, the wearer can cast scorching ray (3rd level — three rays of 2d6 fire each, ranged spell attack). On a critical hit, that ray deals double damage as normal. The circlet recharges daily at dawn, so the cast is once per day. No attunement required, but only one use before the long rest. A tidy backup for any character without reliable damage cantrips.
