Description
A flowing cloak of shifting violet or sea-green fabric that seems to lag behind the wearer's motions. While worn and attuned, the cloak projects a magical illusion that makes the wearer appear to be standing in a place near their actual location. Attack rolls against the wearer have disadvantage. If the wearer takes damage, the property suspends until the start of their next turn, after which the displacement resumes. The cloak does not function while incapacitated, restrained, or otherwise unable to move. Spellblades, scout-skirmishers, and frontline duelists adore its persistent defense.
