Description
A pair of iron manacles inlaid with abjuration runes that hum with planar wards. Applying them to a creature is a normal manacle action, but once locked, the bound creature cannot use teleportation, planar travel, or extradimensional movement of any kind. The shackles automatically resize to fit creatures from Small to Large. They can hold mighty fiends, fey lords, and rogue planeswalkers when mundane chains would prove pointless. Inquisitors, planar lawkeepers, and cautious adventurers transporting captured outsiders all carry a set, often paired with anti-magic gags or blindfolds.
