Description
A roughly fist-sized sphere of glassy crystal with a fragment of a dragon's soul bound inside. While attuned, you can use an action to call a dragon — any chromatic or metallic dragon within 40 miles must move toward you for 1 hour, or save against a DC 18 Charisma check; failure compels them to come. You can also cast scrying (DC 18) or weather control once per day. Each use risks the trapped dragon-spirit dominating you on a failed Charisma save. Five orbs survive from the original collection.
