Description
A small green feather. As an action while aboard a boat or ship of three tons or less, speak the command word. The token becomes a great fan that propels the vessel for 8 hours at 10 mph, regardless of wind. Used a second time as an action, the fan creates a strong gust at one creature within 60 feet (Strength save or pushed 30 ft and prone). The token is consumed after either use.
