A flawless prism the size of a thumbnail, set in a tarnished silver collar inscribed with three command words. The gem holds 50 charges and offers three options. One charge causes it to shed bright light in a 30-foot radius for 10 minutes. Another charge fires a brilliant beam at a creature within 60 feet, blinding it on a failed Constitution save until the next dawn. A third option, costing 5 charges, lets the gem flare in a 30-foot cone, blinding all who fail saves. Charges spent are gone forever; when they reach zero, the gem becomes a costly bauble.
