While wearing the necklace, you can breathe normally in any environment, and you have advantage on saving throws against harmful gases and vapors. The necklace ignores the difference between thin air, foul fumes, deep water, and choking smoke alike, drawing breathable atmosphere from whatever surrounds the wearer.
