As an action you spend one charge to dazzle and distract: each creature within 30 feet that can see you must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom save or be blinded until the start of your next turn. While active, you have advantage on Charisma (Performance) checks and the robe sheds bright light. The effect lasts up to one minute on concentration.
