Description
Sixty feet of slender silk cord, surprisingly strong, that responds to spoken commands. On command, one end snakes upward, animating like a living serpent, and fastens itself to a target you point at. It can hold up to three thousand pounds, far more than most parties combined. Additional commands cause it to unfasten, knot itself for easier climbing (granting advantage on checks), or coil neatly. The rope cannot be magically severed; mundane attempts to cut it find the cord nearly indestructible. It is the bane of locked towers.
