Other casters must succeed on a DC 21 Intelligence (Arcana) check or the magic discharges harmlessly. The save DC is 18 and the attack bonus +10. The scroll is consumed in the casting and a faint wisp of perfumed smoke rises from the empty rod where it was rolled.
