Description
An iron-shod staff of black walnut crowned with a cluster of tiny gemstones. While holding it, you gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls with the staff, +2 to AC, +2 to saving throws, and +2 to spell attack rolls. The staff has 20 charges and regains 2d8+4 daily; it can cast cone of cold, fireball, globe of invulnerability, hold monster, levitate, lightning bolt, magic missile, ray of enfeeblement, or wall of force at varying costs. As a final measure, it can be broken to release a devastating retributive blast — usually destroying both staff and bearer.
