While worn by a creature of good alignment, the talisman grants a +2 bonus to all saving throws and contains 7 charges. As an action, the wearer can target a creature of evil alignment within 60 feet and force it to succeed on a DC 20 Charisma save or be cast into a fissure that opens beneath them, which then closes, depositing the victim in a celestial realm for judgment. Creatures of evil alignment touching it suffer 6d6 radiant damage twice; non-good wearers cannot benefit at all.
