Description
A blackened iron medallion set with a single bloodred ruby that pulses faintly when held by the worthy. While worn by a creature of evil alignment, the talisman grants a +2 bonus to all saving throws and contains 6 charges. As an action, the wearer can target a creature of good alignment within 60 feet and force it to succeed on a DC 20 Dexterity save or be cast into a fiery rift that opens beneath them, depositing the victim in a lower plane to be claimed by hungering powers. Creatures of good alignment touching it suffer 8d6 necrotic damage twice; non-evil wearers cannot benefit at all.
