Description

While holding it, an attuned spellcaster can expend a charge as an action to launch a thin blue ray at one creature within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for one minute, repeating the save at the end of each of its turns. The wand regains 1d6+1 charges at dawn and crumbles on a 1 when emptied.
