Description
Soft leather boots that sprout small feathered wings at the heels when the wearer takes flight. While attuned and wearing them, you have a flying speed equal to your walking speed. You can use the boots to fly for up to four hours, all at once or in shorter increments. Each minute counts as one minute against the duration. The boots regain two hours of flight for every twelve hours not in use. Sky pirates, scouts, and harried wizards swear by them, particularly in vertical dungeons or cliffside battles.
