Eilaswend
Elven · hamlet
Eilaswend is a hamlet sitting at the edge of the old border in the elven naming tradition. Eilaswend maintains a public observatory or star-garden — astronomical observance is part of how the place keeps time. The mayor is chosen by lottery from the leading households every three years.
