Ki Weapon

Ki Weapon (monk only) is a class-restricted feat. Manifest a weapon of pure will. Mechanic: Your discipline continues to grow, and you have unlocked an ability rare among monks: summoning weapons that are physical manifestations of your will.

Prerequisites

Only monks may take this feat

Limited to: Monk

Description

Your discipline continues to grow, and you have unlocked an ability rare among monks: summoning weapons that are physical manifestations of your will.

As a bonus action you can summon a blue, spectral version of any melee or throwable monk weapon into your hand. This weapon glows faintly, and produces dim light for a range of six inches. If you are already holding a weapon created by this ability, you can use your bonus action to change its form. You can do this for free at the start of the first round of combat in which you are not surprised.

The weapon dissipates into mist if it leaves your hand, though throwable weapons last just long enough to be used to make a ranged attack.
