While you are wearing this cap, you can add your Proficiency Bonus to Intimidation checks. If you are already proficient in Intimidation, the cap allows you to add it a second time. If you are a <link /species/redcap>Redcap</link>, your Bloodlust Point Limit is increased by an amount equal to your Proficiency Bonus while you are wearing the hat. Soaking the cap in the blood of an creature that died in the past minute reduces your current Bloodlust Point total by a number of points equal to your Proficiency Bonus.
