Description
A dark green liquid with a sickening oily sheen. Most commonly this comes from the distillation of the toxins emitted by a <link /c/rotcap>Rotcap Fungus</link>.
Upon ingestion, a creature must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 3d6 Poison damage and are Poisoned for 1 hour. Unsightly sores break out on the victim's face, earning the poison its name. These sores heal over the 7 days. On a success, the creature takes half damage and is not Poisoned or disfigured.
