Description
As a Utilize action, you can throw the dust into the air, where it fills a 30-foot Emanation originating from you. It hangs in the air for one minute, unless a strong wind blows it away.
Every creature that starts their turn in the cloud of dust, including yourself, must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature cannot shape-shift for 24 hours and if they are already shape-shifted (such as a doppelganger's Shape-Shift ability, the spell, or a druid's Wild Shape), they revert to their normal form.
