Description
A simple ring of overlapping steel plates. It siphons of a trickle of your kinetic energy as you move around while wearing it; the longer you wear it, the more energy is stored, and the more devastating it will be when you unleash that energy on your enemies.
When this ring is found, it has zero charges unless its previous owner had been wearing it recently.
When you successfully land an Unarmed Strike while wearing this ring, you can drain it of its explosive power. The target takes an additional 2d6 force damage for every charge currently in the ring. The target must make a Strength saving throw, with a DC equal to 12 + the number of charges in the ring + your Proficiency Bonus. On a failed save the target is pushed back up to 5 feet for every charge stored in the ring, or up to half that distance on a successful save. The ring is then drained of all charges.
This ring loses 1 charge for every 24 hours in which it is unattuned or unworn by a moving creature.
