What the price includes

The console and the founding library

The hardware, the founding adventure library and every software update are included. No ongoing cost to play.

The subscription is optional

A paid layer for extras such as Doungim running the game as Game Master, and solo play. The console works fully without it.

VAT and shipping come later

Both are added in the pledge manager after the campaign, so they are not part of the figures above.

Shop prices are what the three consoles will sell for after the campaign: £1,109, £1,299, £1,399. Kickstarter prices are available only during the campaign. Pay in three uses Kickstarter’s Pledge Over Time: nothing is charged until the campaign ends successfully, 30 days after launch, and you can change or cancel your pledge at any point before then. Instalment figures are rounded to the nearest pound and are an indication only. Kickstarter works out the exact split. VAT and shipping are added in the pledge manager after the campaign. The founding library and every software update are free for everyone; the subscription is an optional paid layer. Photographs show the working prototype; final hardware may differ. Doungim is made by Realm Kinetics Ltd, London.
