Description
A delicate golden circlet that holds a pinkish Cerebrium crystal over the wearer's forehead. As you place it upon your head, you feel a faint stirring of your mind's natural psionic energies.
This circlet can be used as an Arcane Focus.
You gain the following passive benefits while wearing this circlet:
- Focused Mind: Your Intelligence score is increased by 1 while you wear this circlet, to a maximum of 19.
- Harnessed Energy: All of your psionic energy is channeled into the circlet's crystal, leaving nothing for others to target. You can't be targeted by Divination spells unless you allow it.
When you expend Sorcery Points while casting a spell, you may expend one of the circlet's charges to expend one fewer Sorcery Point. When you do, roll 1d8 and apply the corresponding effect in the table below after you finish casting the spell. If the effect requires that your spell affected other creatures and it did not, nothing happens.
