Description
You touch a creature that has died within the last minute. That creature revives with 1 Hit Point. This spell can't revive a creature that has died of old age, nor does it restore any missing body parts.

School Fit
Revivify is Necromancy — the school of the boundary between life and death, and Revivify is the spell every adventuring party prays the Cleric has prepared. Bring back a creature that died within the last minute, no soul-binding required, but the 300gp diamond is consumed on cast.
Class Fit
- Cleric: Every Cleric build prepares Revivify by the moment slots reach 3rd-level. The diamond cost is the practical limit — most parties carry 1-2 diamonds at tier 2, more at tier 3. Life Domain Clerics get bonus healing on the +1 HP revive, but the dent-and-pop function works the same across every Domain.
- Druid: Circle of the Moon Druids spend most of their turns in Wild Shape — Revivify earns its slot only if the build expects to cast in humanoid form.
- Paladin: Paladins prepare Revivify at level 9 onwards. The Action-cost emergency revive competes with the round's Smite damage for resource allocation, but most Paladin builds prioritize keeping Revivify slotted whenever the party is tier 2 or higher.
- Ranger: Rangers prep Revivify at level 9 onwards if the build expects to be the party's secondary healer. Hunter and Beast Master Rangers usually prep it; Gloom Stalker builds usually don't.
